COVID-19 STATEMENT.

This company statement includes the measures we are actively taking to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus in our workplace.

Since March 2020, DTM Tourism has been following the WA Department of Health’s advice in the implementation of measures to protect the health and safety of our staff and clients.

DTM has remained fully operational since the commencement of the pandemic.

In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, DTM has implemented enhanced cleaning and hygiene practices along with active social distancing to comply with government regulations. Our office space is regularly deep cleaned and disinfected to ensure the safety of our employees and guests. Specifically, DTM has put in place the following measures across the property:

  • Maintain contact tracing registers, through the promotion of the SAFE WA app.

  • Hand sanitisers with appropriate signage are located in high traffic areas including Reception, Kitchen and Meeting Room.

  • Maintain hygiene and frequent cleaning.

  • Carefully manage shared spaces to encourage physical distancing.

  • Display correct hand washing procedure information in public bathroom.

  • Display COVID-19 preventative measures posters.

  • Employees have completed the Australian Hotel Association COVID-19 Hygiene course.

  • Development and regular audits of internal policy’s, keeping employees well informed and alert to signs of illness and the importance of personal hygiene.

Should the need arise, including government imposed lockdowns, all clients with scheduled face to face meetings will be transitioned to online meetings to comply with WA Health Department advice.

We kindly ask that should you be feeling unwell or have had potential exposure to Coronavirus that you advise DTM before your appointment to allow for a reschedule of your appointment, and/or that you request to undertake an online meeting.
