Your Tourism Health Check
Your interview undertaken by your assisgned mentor to understand your motivation for mentoring, aspirations for growth and to set clear expectations of how the program will proceed has now been completed. After this modul,e, you will have an understanding of your current operations, capacity, seasonality and opportunity for new business. This module focuses on establishing priority tasks and outcomes as we move through your program.
MODULE ONE OVERVIEW
PRIME © is delivered in 3 stages, each comprising of 8 key learning modules, creating a pipeline of learning. A single mentor is provided to each mentee business for the duration of their nominated stage, who will meet regularly with the business to set tasks, guide progress and provide support. Most businesses will complete their nominated stage within 4-6 months, allowing for the practical implementation of business improvements. The structure of PRIME© ensures that a business can join the programme at any stage of their tourism development journey.
