You will undertake a competitor analysis to establish a retail rate which is competive and relevant to your experience. You will identify product gaps and establish a unique point of difference.

MODULE FOUR OVERVIEW

In Module Four you will get very clear on pricing and review your industry competitors. Collating all net costs, you will populate and complete the price model. Here you will also stablish competitor set and review their experience. Work through the principle of average commission and finally you will need to complete the Competitor Analysis tool.
